Insurance Information
I am an Out-Of-Network (OON) provider, and do not take insurance. If your insurance company offers out-of-network coverage I am happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement of therapy costs. Please check and contact your insurance plans for OON benefits, and let me know if you would like a superbill. Please note that full payment is due at each session, and reimbursement from insurance is not necessarily guaranteed.

I currently do not have any sliding scale spots available. Please check back in the future or reach out if this is something you are interested in.
Please note, sliding scale spots are intended for those facing financial barriers to therapy, and would identify with having frequent stress about meeting financial needs (bottle on right). Please refer to Alexis J Cunningfolk’s “Green Bottle” Diagram below (click to enlarge):
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to request and receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of how much your mental health care will reasonably cost (click here for more information). Under this law, clinicians must provide a Good Faith Estimate especially to clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance to cover the charges for therapy. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule your first session.
